To us, our wines are often identified by where they are grown in our vineyard. Each block has its own identity and we strive to maintain that identity through the winemaking process. Our dinner, A Sense of Place, will focus on each block and what makes them special. Our chef, Lindsey Castelluccio, is a California native who has fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest and all the land has to offer. He will be sourcing local ingredients to create a menu to compliment each block’s characteristics. Our Winemaker, Don Crank, has been making wine in Oregon for 21 years and believes that Hawks View Vineyard is extraordinarily unique because contains so many diverse flavor profiles for one site.
