In the beginning, it was intended to be simple – Chisa Bize (Domaine Simon Bize, one of our favorite Burgundy producers) and Adelsheim. Then a bunch of our IPNC-bound winery friends heard, and It Got Out of Hand – Champagne Laurent-Perrier, Domaine Fornerol, Weingut J. Hofstätter, Brewer-Clifton, and Gran Moraine. With seven wineries to keep in check, we were in desperate need of an amazing chef. Enter Pascal Chureau, chef at Fenouil (Portland) and now Allium (West Linn.) Expect a meandering, French country dinner from Chef Chureau and way too many wines.
