We’ll start with an exclusive screening of the new and critically-acclaimed Burgundy documentary “Three Days of Glory” featuring Véronique Drouhin, Dominique Lafon, Aubert de Villaine and Allen Meadows. Winemaker-importer Scott Paul Wright of Caveau Selections Co-Produced & Directed with filmmaker David Baker. After the film, it’s a walk-around tasting and traditional Burgundian-menu dinner (Gougères, Boeuf Bourguignon, seasonal salads, fruit tarts, etc.) in the fabulous museum featuring wines from Maison Joseph Drouhin & Domaine Drouhin Oregon, Domaine Nicolas-Jay & Meo-Camuzet, Domaine Chevrot, and more treats from the Caveau Selections portfolio. Burgundy in the Valley
Join us at Youngberg Hill to celebrate 29 years with dinner prepared by internationally acclaimed chef from Burgundy, Katherine Frelon, and co-hosted with Brittan Vineyards.
Katherine is returning for her second dinner with us, and we are very pleased that Ellen and Robert Brittan will be joining us and sharing their wines. This promises to be a spectacular evening. Also joining us from Burgundy, Patrice Ollivier, who will bring a selection of his wines from Domaine Fougeray de Beauclair. We’ll enjoy a feast of local, seasonal ingredients of great food with a French flair paired perfectly wines from Youngberg Hill, Brittan Vineyards, and Domaine Fougeray de Beauclair.
