• Breakfast on the Patio – Start the day right with local baked goods, Oregon’s legendary berries, and the finest speciality coffee and tea.
• Lunch on the Lawn – Pause between tastings for a multi-course lunch carefully prepared by northwest chefs and served alfresco.
• Winery Lunch – Following the vineyard tour and tasting, enjoy a multi-course lunch crafted by one of our esteemed guest chefs.
• Grand Dinner – Celebrate under the stars with Pinot Noir from around the world. A quartet of northwest chefs partner to create a stunning menu of regional ingredients. Throughout the evening, IPNC sommeliers will pour an outstanding collection of wines from the IPNC wine library.
• The Salmon Bake – A long-standing tradition of the IPNC, the Salmon Bake dramatically showcases wild salmon roasted on alder stakes over a huge custom-built fire pit. After dinner, relax to music and dancing under the stars.
• Sparkling Brunch – Raise your glass in a festive toast as you bid farewell to the IPNC! Savor our sumptuous buffet brunch prepared by guest chefs and paired with fine Champagne and sparkling wines.
