IPNC & ¡Salud! to Co-host a Pre-IPNC Benefit Dinner  

It is a long-standing tradition for Oregon wineries and restaurants to host pre-IPNC dinners to welcome IPNC guests to the area. These intimate gatherings are a fabulous way to kick-off the IPNC weekend.

The IPNC is proud to co-host an intimate pre-IPNC dinner with Burgundian and Oregon winemakers to benefit ¡Salud!. James Beard Award nominated chef Naomi Pomeroy of Beast will create a multi-course menu paired with wines from winemakers Dominique Lafon of Domaine des Comtes Lafon, Isabelle Meunier of Evening Land Vineyards, and Amy Wesselman and David Autrey of Westrey Wine Company.
