Accommodations: Lodging arrangements should be made well in advance as space in McMinnville is limited. Many guests take advantage of the convenient lodging on the Linfield campus. To arrange campus lodging, you will need to fill out the Linfield lodging form available on our website at www.ipnc.org/lodging.php and return it directly to Linfield College. Please direct all questions regarding campus lodging to the Linfield College Office of Conferences and Services at 503/883-2448. For off-campus lodging options, please consult our website at www.ipnc.org/lodging.php. The lodging availability is updated regularly.
IPNC Program & Itinerary: For the most up-to-date itinerary of weekend events, please refer to the program you receive at registration. We will also post updates to the website throughout the year at www.ipnc.org/daily_schedule.php.
Pre-IPNC Dinners: To welcome you to the area, many local wineries will be hosting pre-IPNC dinners, the Thursday evening prior to the IPNC weekend. If you are interested in attending one of these dinners, please contact the participating wineries directly for pricing, availability, and other additional arrangements. Travel, Touring & Planning: For information on driving directions, airport shuttles, local shuttles, wine country tours, and other tourism details, please visit our Travel page on the IPNC website for downloads and links. A note on children: Regrettably, there are no special accommodations for children during the IPNC. Due to space limitations, children may not attend without a full-price ticket.
A note on pets: Service animals only. Pets are not permitted.
Shuttle Services: The IPNC provides shuttle services between specific hotel and Bed & Breakfasts locations and Linfield College campus. A list of participating locations is available on our Travel page. Guests are responsible for all other transportation needs including travel to and from the airport. We have a list of cab and wine tour resources also available on the travel page.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received after purchase date will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. Tickets are non-refundable after June 15.
